KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Engineer I in the Transportation team, you will collaborate with team members on a diverse blend of projects with an emphasis on design and technical documentation. You will collaborate with a team to prepare construction plans for a variety of transportation improvements from initial concept through construction administration. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the development of engineering solutions for multi-modal transportation projects through the application of Local, State & Federal design standards and regulations.

Designing and creating technical drawings in MicroStation OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Carlson design software.

Communicating across a multidisciplinary design team.

Participating in transportation association networking events, classes, trainings, and seminars.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university

0 to 1 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically transportation design

Strong oral and written communication skills

Enthusiasm for team collaboration

Experience in MicroStation or AutoCAD preferred

Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred
