Sebastian Sandoval, PE

Sebastian’s uncle was an architect, and he loved watching him work. He eventually opted for engineering so he could actively shape the community around him. Sebastian loves to dive into the most complex projects with his land development team, showing them the ropes and resolving challenges together. He’s an advocate for his team members and expertly balances getting work done while supporting employees and watching them grow. Sebastian views a big part of his job is to create a welcoming environment where his team knows they are contributing to something great and are excited to come to work every day.

Sebastian gives back by mentoring youth and is active in his church. And, while he loves his job, his wife and four children are the biggest motivators in his life. Sebastian knows that his children are always watching and models his behavior with that in mind.
