KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our new Landscape Designer, you’ll work alongside senior leadership on projects from concept design through construction administration with an emphasis on production of both graphics and technical documentation. From large-scale campus plans to mixed-use commercial complexes to small-scale intimate courtyards and plazas, our diverse portfolio allows for accelerated learning and provides well-rounded experience. Responsibilities include:

Assist with the development and production of projects from conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration

Prepare conceptual design concepts using a variety of hand-drawn and digital techniques

Design and building models in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Prepare digital graphics and renderings with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software
-
Research zoning codes, entitlement process and permit requirements to ensure compliance

Remain current with Local, State, and Federal design standards and regulations to ensure compliance

Maintain general knowledge of planting design and plant material suitable for local region
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Landscape architectural degree (one-year professional experience or internship preferred)

Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience in all phases of landscape design and planning

Proficiencies: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
