KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, you will work in a team environment assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, platting, right-of-way acquisition, transportation, and construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology.
Key responsibilities include:

Participate in all phases of survey projects and document progress.

Perform survey computations and drafting for boundary and topographic surveys, plats, and construction stakeout.

Analyze construction plans, drawings, and field data to ensure accuracy.

Research legal documents, deeds, and plats for project precision.

Compile field data and develop survey bases in Carlson, Civil 3D, or similar software.

Ensure high-quality standards and implement safety protocols.

Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s, Associate’s, Technical, or High School degree (or equivalent).

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in land surveying projects.

Professional licensure (PLS) required.

Strong client interaction skills preferred.

Proficient in computing, drafting, and CAD standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
