We're looking for a detail-oriented Survey CADD Technician who enjoys collaborating with others, solving problems, and transforming field data into accurate survey deliverables that help shape the communities we serve. Working alongside experienced surveyors, engineers, and project teams, you'll contribute to a wide variety of public and private development projects while continuing to build your technical skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:

Prepare survey drawings, plats, maps, and exhibits using Carlson, AutoCAD, or similar CADD software.

Process and interpret field survey data to produce accurate and high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with licensed surveyors, engineers, and field crews throughout project execution.

Assist with legal descriptions, survey reports, and project documentation.

Organize and maintain survey data, drawings, and project files.

Help identify and resolve data discrepancies while supporting efficient project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS

Two or more years of land surveying or survey CADD experience, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Carlson, or similar CADD software.

Working knowledge of survey field procedures and construction stakeout.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
